We discuss phase analysis for double phase equations. Phase analysis has been developed to distinguish between the different behaviors of double phase equations by comparison with perturbed models such as p-Laplace or p,q-Laplace type equations. Colombo and Mingione have established a phase analysis and its application to regularity theory in the elliptic setting. In this talk, we introduce a new phase analysis to the parabolic case, particularly under the assumption of boundedness of solutions.
