The compressible Euler system is one of physical models obeying the hyperbolic conservation law with no dissipation. The global existence of the solution is not easily studied in general mathematical framework. As a remarkable work of Y. Guo, it is shown that a Poisson interaction force makes some oscillation to prevent singularity formation and 3D Euler-Poisson system admits a global irrotational solution due to some dispersive effect. In this talk, we present the recent work on the Riesz potential based on Guo’s work and introduce challenging problems in low dimensional systems.
