In the calculus of variations, functionals with non-standard growth have been studied extensively since the late 1980s. We introduce several nonlocal analogues of these classical models, attempting to develop a unified theory. We study local regularity properties such as local boundedness, weak Harnack inequality, local Hölder regularity and Harnack inequality.
